THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND DISCREETPANTIES LLC. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE.

By accessing, browsing, registering, messaging, uploading content, or using https://discreetpanties.com (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”), our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to every provision, you are strictly prohibited from any access or use of DiscreetPanties.com and must immediately cease all activity.

THESE TOS CONTAIN A COMPLETE RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AN IRREVOCABLE LICENSE GRANTING DISCREETPANTIES LLC BROAD RIGHTS TO USE YOUR UPLOADED CONTENT FOR MARKETING AND COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT PAYMENT OR FURTHER CONSENT, PROVISIONS REGARDING BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS AND DNA, MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND OTHER LIMITATIONS ON YOUR RIGHTS.

1. Strict 18+ Age Restriction and User Representations The Site https://discreetpanties.com contains sexually explicit adult content and is expressly restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older. No exceptions. By accessing or using the Site, you represent, warrant, and covenant under penalty of perjury that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You possess full legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding Agreement with DiscreetPanties LLC.
  • You are not accessing from a jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited or restricted.
  • All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding adult material, data privacy, consumer protection, and e-commerce.

DiscreetPanties LLC reserves the absolute right to require age/ID verification at any time and to immediately terminate access to DiscreetPanties.com without refund or notice if we suspect or confirm you are under 18 or ineligible.

2. Nature of the Platform – No Liability for Off-Site Physical Transactions DiscreetPanties.com is operated by DiscreetPanties LLC as a passive online platform that enables users to connect, communicate, and list items. DiscreetPanties LLC does not sell, buy, store, inspect, verify, endorse, guarantee, facilitate, process payments for, ship, deliver, or participate in any physical transactions. All physical dealings (worn apparel, custom items, etc.) are private, independent contracts solely between buyers and sellers off-site.

You acknowledge and agree that DiscreetPanties LLC has no control over, involvement in, or responsibility for any off-site physical transaction, including negotiations, pricing, payment methods, shipping, delivery, quality, condition, authenticity, safety, legality, or any outcomes. Any disputes, fraud, non-performance, losses, damages, injuries, health risks, or legal violations arising from off-site dealings are solely between the parties — DiscreetPanties LLC will not mediate, intervene, or assume liability. You bear all risks associated with off-site communications, payments, shipping, and product handling on or related to DiscreetPanties.com.

DiscreetPanties LLC is not a party to, agent for, or intermediary in any physical transaction.

3. Digital Content, Subscriptions, and Tokens Digital content sales occur on-site via WooCommerce/Dokan on DiscreetPanties.com; DiscreetPanties LLC deducts a 20% commission automatically. Subscriptions ($29.99/month Access Pass) and token packs (myCRED) provide virtual access only (e.g., unblurring content, unlimited messaging) and do not involve physical items.

4. User-Generated Content – Irrevocable License for All Purposes, Including Marketing Any content you upload, post, submit, transmit, share, or make available on DiscreetPanties.com (“User Content”) — including profiles, bios, usernames, photos, videos, digital files, messages, listings, descriptions, links (e.g., OnlyFans), or any other materials — remains your property.

BY UPLOADING OR POSTING ANY USER CONTENT ON DISCREETPANTIES.COM, YOU IRREVOCABLY GRANT DISCREETPANTIES LLC (AND ITS AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, LICENSEES, AND SUBLICENSEES) A PERPETUAL, IRREVOCABLE, WORLDWIDE, ROYALTY-FREE, FULLY PAID-UP, TRANSFERABLE, SUBLICENSEABLE, NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO USE, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, ADAPT, PUBLISH, TRANSLATE, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS FROM, DISTRIBUTE, PUBLICLY PERFORM, PUBLICLY DISPLAY, STORE, ARCHIVE, AND EXPLOIT YOUR USER CONTENT (IN WHOLE OR IN PART, INCLUDING ANY IDEAS, CONCEPTS, OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY EMBEDDED THEREIN) IN ANY FORM, MEDIA, OR TECHNOLOGY NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Operating, maintaining, improving, and promoting the Site DiscreetPanties.com.
  • Marketing, advertising, promotion, and commercial exploitation — including featuring your content in advertisements, social media posts, newsletters, banners, email campaigns, third-party partnerships, sponsored content, merchandise, or any other promotional or revenue-generating activities, without any compensation, payment, royalty, credit, attribution, notice, approval, or accounting to you.
  • Research, analytics, product development, and creation of new features or services.
  • Any other commercial, non-commercial, internal, or external use DiscreetPanties LLC determines appropriate.

THIS LICENSE IS GRANTED WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION OR FURTHER CONSENT AND SURVIVES TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR THESE TOS.

You hereby expressly waive any and all moral rights, rights of attribution, rights of publicity, privacy rights, or similar rights in your User Content. DiscreetPanties LLC may use, alter, or combine your content in any way without restriction.

You represent, warrant, and covenant that:

  • You own or control all rights to your User Content.
  • It does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • It complies with all laws and these TOS.
  • You will fully indemnify DiscreetPanties LLC for any claims arising from your User Content.

DiscreetPanties LLC is not obligated to monitor or edit User Content but may remove or modify it at any time.

5. Biological Materials and DNA – Absolute Release and Assumption of All Risk Physical products may contain biological materials (DNA, bodily fluids, skin cells, hair, scents, etc.). You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Such materials may be present; DiscreetPanties LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding their presence, absence, removal, sanitization, safety, or effects.
  • You assume all risks (known and unknown) associated with handling, storing, using, analyzing, or exposure to biological materials, including health hazards, infections, allergic reactions, disease transmission, legal/ethical issues, or misuse.
  • You hereby irrevocably release, waive, discharge, and forever acquit DiscreetPanties LLC (and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to biological materials, DNA, or associated risks — whether now existing or hereafter arising, whether known or unknown, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

6. Prohibited Conduct You shall not: violate laws; post illegal/harmful/obscene content; harass users; infringe rights; misuse messaging; reverse-engineer/hack the Site; engage in fraud/scams; or promote prohibited items. Violations result in immediate termination by DiscreetPanties LLC and legal action.

7. Disclaimers THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR AVAILABILITY.

8. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCREETPANTIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. DISCREETPANTIES LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO DISCREETPANTIES LLC IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DiscreetPanties LLC (and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns) from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site, User Content, off-site transactions, or breach of these TOS.

10. Dispute Resolution Governing law: State of Indiana, USA. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Gary, Indiana (or remotely if agreed). No class actions. You waive jury trial rights. Claims must be filed within 1 year.

11. Termination, Changes, Miscellaneous DiscreetPanties LLC may terminate access to DiscreetPanties.com anytime without notice. TOS may be updated — continued use = acceptance. Entire agreement; severability; no waiver; assignment rights (DiscreetPanties LLC only); force majeure.
