1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Discreet Panties (the “Platform”), you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction).
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Accept responsibility for all content you post.

2. User Responsibilities

Sellers Must:

• Accurately describe items (fabric, wear time, condition).
• Ship orders within 48 hours of cleared payment (unless otherwise agreed).
• Never include personal information (real name, address, social media) in listings or chats.
• Use plain, unmarked packaging for shipments.

Buyers Must:

• Respect seller boundaries—no harassment or unsolicited requests.
• Complete payments before receiving items.
• Not dispute charges for “buyer’s remorse” (all sales are final unless item is undelivered).

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Sell/Buy items involving bodily fluids (blood, etc.) or illegal substances.
• Falsify listings (e.g., fake photos, misleading wear times).
• Spam, scam, or evade Platform fees.
• Share others’ content without permission.

4. Payments & Fees

• Sellers receive earnings minus a 15% transaction fee (covers payment processing & Platform maintenance).
• Chargebacks without proof of fraud will result in account suspension.

5. Discretion & Privacy

• We never share your data with third parties (see our Privacy Policy).
• Use only the Platform’s secure chat—no off-app communication allowed.

6. Shipping & Liability

• Sellers must provide tracking if the buyer pays for it.
• Discreet Panties is not liable for lost/damaged packages—sellers and buyers resolve disputes privately.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend/ban accounts for:

• Illegal activity
• Fraud or non-delivery
• Harassment or hate speech

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept changes.
