The fee is 10% of the first $50 and 3% above that, at least $3.99 on physical orders and never more than $49.99. You see the total before you pay.
Staying private as a buyer
- Use a username that is not your real name.
- Share a delivery address only in the private order chat. A PO Box or parcel locker works.
- Sellers ship in plain mailers with no product description on the outside.
Common questions
What shows on my bank statement?
Only the app you paid with, such as Cash App or Strike. DiscreetPanties never appears on a bank or card statement, because you never pay us with a card.
Do I need to sign up for anything new?
Not if you already have Cash App, Strike, River, Wallet of Satoshi, Phoenix, Blink or another supported app. You scan the payment code from the app you have.
What if my order never arrives?
Open a problem request from the order card. You can ask for a re-ship, a full refund or a partial refund. The seller has 72 hours to respond, and if you cannot agree our team decides. Refunds go back to your payment app.
Can I pay with a gift card or PayPal?
No. Every order is paid at our checkout with a supported app, which is what lets the seller get paid instantly and lets us track the order for you.
Do I pay before the seller confirms?
No. You place the order, the seller accepts it, and only then do you pay. If the seller declines or never answers, you never paid anything.
