How Sellers Pack and Ship Worn Items
Plain poly mailers, a sealed bag, a package photo and tracking.
The clock
Your shipping deadline starts when the buyer pays: the payment time, plus your wear days, plus 72 hours. A 2-day wear order paid Monday at noon is due Saturday at noon. Ship earlier and nobody worries.
Step by step
- Wear the item for the days you agreed.
- Seal it in an inner bag, then put that in a plain poly mailer.
- Get the delivery spot from the buyer in private chat.
- Buy postage with tracking from USPS or a shipping app like Pirate Ship.
- Photograph the sealed package with the label visible.
- Open the order card, upload the photo, enter the carrier and tracking number, and mark it shipped.
The platform requires the photo with the tracking number. You cannot mark an order shipped with tracking alone.
We do not ship for you
The platform never packages, stores or ships anything. You handle the parcel from start to finish, and the buyer deals with you directly in chat.
If a package is late or lost
Tell the buyer right away and share the tracking. If they open an order request, you have 72 hours to agree on a re-ship, a full refund or a partial refund. Two upheld requests pause a seller account, so answer fast. See the disputes page.
